In the contract that says I have to pay legal fees for them if I took the court, blah, blah …… So they are basically haunts me every day telling me I'm going to sue for the remainder of 1100. Can they really take a civil court or the way they are just not go after my credit?
Yes, you signed a contract with specific terms. You are responsible for the balance remaining on his contract. Simple as that. And do not harass. Please keep in mind your breach of the contract. And yes, they can take recourse to the courts, and if your credit rating will be adversely affected.
